We had the privilege to work with Hartville Hardware to design and build the new Idea House. The Idea House is “designed to inspire,” featuring a blend of unique, trendy traits with functional, simple elements. It blurs the lines between a sleek, minimalistic modern style with a warm, organic aesthetic to balance functionality with comfort and simplicity with luxury. The team selected every piece to reflect warmth and innovation and inspire those looking to build or renovate with unique features that are practical and accessible.

When it comes to designing homes, there’s no one quite like our very own, John Mizener. His attention to detail and his drive to deliver aesthetic results allowed him to craft a beautifully unique home in only a few short months. His design approach with the Idea House was to create a space that would inspire everyone walking through it. John has the unique ability to bring every piece of the puzzle together seamlessly. From drawing up the initial plans, to the making the final decor selections, he was dedicated to bringing the Idea House vision to life. With John’s creativity and involvement in this one of a kind project, the end result is a home that is nothing short of amazing.
