Project Description
This project, the second renovation completed for this home, redefined an underutilized basement into a highly functional extension of the home. The transformation began by addressing moisture concerns to establish a healthy, stable foundation. From there, the space was thoughtfully reimagined with custom-designed living areas to support both daily living and relaxed gathering.
The finished lower level now includes a fully appointed fitness room with an integrated sauna, a custom wine room designed for both storage and display, and expanded entertaining spaces that offer comfort, versatility, and a more intentional way to live.
