This project is a redesign of the main level-focused on proportion, flow, and a more elevated everyday experience. By incorporating the existing porch into the interior footprint, the kitchen, dining, and primary living areas were expanded into a seamless, open layout.
Key spaces were reimagined, including the transformation of the formal dining room into a private office and the expansion of the first-floor laundry for greater function.
At the center, the great room fireplace was reworked as a striking architectural feature- bringing depth, scale, and presence to anchor the space. The result is a home that feels effortless, intentional, and cohesive.
