Project Description
Ridge Phase III represents the third renovation completed at this home, transforming a former covered pool area into a versatile, year-round living and entertainment space. By relocating the pool beyond the covered footprint, the renovation unlocked new functionality, creating a seamless extension of the home designed for both everyday living and hosting.
Blending climate-controlled interiors with covered outdoor space, the design pairs elevated finishes with purposeful recreation. Interior decorating was completed in-house, ensuring a cohesive vision where architecture, function, and styling work together to enhance how the home lives and feels.
