Project Description
This extensive main-floor renovation reimagined the heart of the home with a focus on both everyday functionality and effortless entertaining. The kitchen and dinette were expanded, to create a more open, functional layout with generous counter space and significantly more storage. A new first-floor laundry and full bathroom added greater function to the overall floor plan.
The former kitchen was thoughtfully repurposed into a spacious walk-in pantry and wet bar, creating dedicated spaces that support the newly expanded kitchen and entertaining areas. Existing hardwood flooring was extended into the renovated spaces and refinished throughout, creating a seamless transition between old and new.
