Project Description
Welcome to the Waterstone Project! Originally constructed by Rembrandt in 2012, this home presented a strong foundation that we’ve expanded to include additional luxury and space. This project holds a special significance as it is the home of one of our renovation designers.
Our main focus was expanding the first floor, where we created a stunning owners suite. French doors open to an outdoor living area with views of the pool. One key exterior update is the addition of a pool bathroom. We also re-poured the concrete patios to improve the flow around the pool. Excavating for the new addition made room for a large exercise room, and to tie everything together, we reconfigured basement walls for better design and functionality.
